Hey Guys-
I recently got my car done by SoG and it turned out great. The bubbles are going away on schedule and it looks really nice. I am very happy with it, so thanks again(2001 Olds Intrigue).
Right now it's registered in Jersey although I'm moving to DE soon. I thought that DE was better than Jersey because according to research online everyone says that DE allows up to 30%(70% Xmittance) on the front windows and any % on the rest.
I was reading up on getting the car registered in DE and apparently their website says that the rule is now like Jersey's where it's none on the front and any % on the rest).
Do you guys have any more info about this? Is this something they'll give me a hard time about when I bring it in for inspection? Some of the information says that as long as it conforms to FMVSS 205 it's all good, although I might need a sticker on the windows stating that they do conform to that.
I'm sure I'm over thinking this and it's probably not a big deal, but I thought I'd ask you if in your experience it's something they really don't care about if I "got the car like that..."
Thanks, Chuck
